Luz has made such a change in how I approach exercise, rather than feeling like a chore it’s so fun to see how strong I am over the last few years of working with her. The reason I continued going (serial exercise quitter here) is that she is fun to talk to and guides me to have the proper form and learn how do Pilates the right way. I love my sessions with her and they give me more energy each week.
